I'm not familiar with the more precise legal details of the project, so I have to ask this question, even though I'm pretty sure I already know the answer... given that the base of this happening is in the state called California, which is in the country known as The United States of America, would a Pope from an eastern province in the country known as Canada be of any use to you?
