Temple? I live in the SF Bay Area... where average house prices are need $80K/year above the average income!
But I do have the Insidious Long-Term Plan for when we're rich... we'll buy all those abandoned IHoP's & convert them to Erisian Temples. Tall, steeple-ish structure already there; just need to spin a gold apple on top. And they tend to come with attached parking lots.
